Please make sure the following are ready upon enrollment:
For new students/transferees
1) Original report card with 2 pcs. photocopy
2) Original certificate of good moral character
3) 2 pcs photocopy of birth certificate
4) 4 pcs 1×1 I.D. photo
5) long brown envelope
6) P1,000 down payment
Additional requirement for incoming Grade 7 students applying for government subsidy
Parent/Legal guardian’s Income Tax Return for the previous year or Certificate of Tax Exemption or Municipal Certification of Unemployment.
