A total of 580 students are enrolled at MCC for SY 2017-18, its biggest-ever enrolment in its 34-year history.

A total of 48 Grade 12 students are expected to receive their senior high school diplomas this April 2018, its first graduation in three years.

Initially, MCC offers the General Academic Strand which is preparatory to any course in college, for senior high school. Other strands, specifically Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) and Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) will be added in the coming school years.
